Madelyn Rodriguez is a partner at Clausen Choquette PLLC. Madelyn concentrates her practice on a broad range of commercial litigation and insurance investigations and litigation. Prior to joining Clausen Choquette PLLC, Madelyn was an associate with a statewide commercial litigation firm where she represented commercial litigants and residential and commercial policyholders in claims against their insurance companies. Madelyn also previously served as counsel for various insurance carriers, where she handled thousands of property insurance claims throughout all stages of litigation. Madelyn has extensive experience litigating matters in both state and federal courts around the country.
